About the Event
Join the founder of Double Circle Spirits as he shares complimentary tastes of their small batch spirits including:
Columbia Plateau Vodka. Distilled once and filtered once to let the grain show through in the nose, mouthfeel and finish. Very different from other vodka's where you mostly get alcohol (and why people insist on mixing vodka).
Straight Wheat Whiskey. 100% soft white wheat, aged in #4 char new oak for 3 years and one month.
Straight Bourbon Whiskey. 51% corn and 49% soft white wheat, aged in #4 char new oak for 3 years and 4 months.
4 - 5 pm: Private tasting event for Whiskey Club members
5 - 7 pm: Tastings open to the Public
